Order
The orders are accepted and executed following the general selling conditions accepted by the customer.

Quantity
The orders are accepted for the least packaging/quantity and for the least invoiceble amount.

Delivery term
Delivery term is estimated and not binding.

Delivery and Port
Goods are delivered Ex Work (EXW).

Returns
Returns without our preventive authorization will be not accepted, in any case always given back buyer's risks and costs.

Claims and Garantee
the claims will be not accepted after eight days the goods were received. The guarantee is strictly limited to the change of the pieces that were recognized as defective and it doesn't imply other expenses for us.

Payment
The delay in agreed payment allows the supplier to suspend new supply. The following descriptions belonging to this catalogue are not binding.
