Quality
Knowing the particularity of the product, DOMO has always acted
to reach the highest quality. The technical and commercial organization
has gradually understood the right way to perform to have the
highest quality.
Since 1999 DOMO has the certification called ISO9002 about his
own quality system. The certification was given by UL
International Italia.
Qualify Sistem, The products are not only
checked: before sending our products to the buyers, products are
verified following some different steps:
- raw and semi-finished material in input
- the conversion of the polycarbonate for the plastic materials
- the assembly process
- the welding process
- final controls and tests on every single signalling instrument,
never by chance
- check of the packaging
Every year DOMO engages men, structures and resources to reach
a quality recognized on international levels.
In 2003 the passage to Vision 2000 took
place successfully, introducing new mental approaches to the customer
satisfaction: more effective tests, new checked production fields,
tests on the backup details for the management.
